Barefoot Dancer is a small owner-operated company offering a variety of nature-oriented adventures. My goal is to provide wholesome activities to families and visitors to the south Florida Keys that are both educational and fun. I invite you to relax and enjoy a leisurely-paced day to the Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge and Florida Keys Marine Sanctuary without the crowd! My focus is on the protection of the marine ecosystems and increasing environmental awareness while you enjoy the magic of the National Wildlife Reserve and Marine Sanctuary. It is imperative that our generation, and those to come learn, learn to co-exist within the natural balance of all ecosystems. Many species' survival depends on our willingness to abide by these natural limits.

I live in the Keys because I love the natural environment and enjoy experiencing the turn of the seasons. Summer finds us in the calm waters of the Atlantic, scuba diving or snorkeling on the reef. During the winter, we’ll head to the back-country of the Gulf of Mexico to experience the rich ecosystems of the mangrove islands and watch the nurseries for fish and lobster in the shallow warm waters. In spring and fall, we have options and I can pick the best locations for your special experience. I am very knowledgeable in the ecosystems that surround the area and happy to share my knowledge with you.
