A Few Words about Captain Robin

Up until seven years ago, I was a landlubber in Central North Carolina.  Starting in the suburbs then, as a teenager I chose a "life in the country".  I bought land and began felling trees to clear land for ponds, orchard and multiple buildings.  I used the logs or timber to build houses, greenhouses and shops (mostly woodworking).  I liked this so much I spent most of my time building or rebuilding log homes and timber-frame houses for other folk.

To get most of my water kicks, I canoed the rivers and swam anywhere and everywhere.  The last few years in North Carolina, I increased my water life.  I taught scuba diving in the rock quarries and dove the wrecks off the coast with my students.  Whenever I could get away for a few days, I would explore the wonderful barrier islands in North Carolina in a boat that I built.

Then my daughter, Leora, went to college and I went to sea.  For over seven years, I have lived on my boat about a mile and a half offshore of Key West where I have lived and learned so much about the Florida Keys environment.  Five years ago, I started snorkel and sailing charters in Key West.  I love to learn and share my learning's, experiences and observations with other.  I especially enjoy providing new experiences for my customers.  Kids and beginners are welcome and wanted.
